Will this jewelry tarnish or change colour?

Our pieces are 18K gold-plated stainless steel — waterproof, non-tarnish and hypoallergenic, so they are made for everyday wear in the UAE heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep the shine.

Can I add a name or engraving?

Many designs can be personalized with a name or initials, and name engraving is free. Look for the personalization options on the product page, or message us on WhatsApp. Please note that personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

How fast is delivery?

Ready-to-ship items are delivered the same day in Sharjah and Ajman when you order before 2 PM, and within 1–3 days across the rest of the UAE. Delivery is free on orders over AED 150.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can pay cash on delivery, by card, or in instalments with Tabby.

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes. You're welcome to collect from our store in Muweilah, Sharjah — message us on WhatsApp after ordering and we'll let you know when it's ready.

What is your return policy?

We offer 7-day easy returns on most items. Personalized and engraved pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. See our refund policy for full details.
