Many of our gifts can be personalized with a name or initials. Look for the personalization options on the product page, or message us on WhatsApp. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How fast is delivery?
Ready-to-ship items are delivered the same day in Sharjah and Ajman when you order before 2 PM, and within 1–3 days across the rest of the UAE. Delivery is free on orders over AED 150.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay cash on delivery, by card, or in instalments with Tabby.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes. You're welcome to collect from our store in Muweilah, Sharjah — message us on WhatsApp after ordering and we'll let you know when it's ready.
